Government funded energy grants offer help to cover the initial costs of installing energy efficiency measures in your home that will save you money. According to Energy Saving Trust’s recent statistics, an average UK household could be saving up to £320 on their annual energy bills if their home was more efficient.
Across the UK 2.5m homes are still living in fuel poverty, meaning that vulnerable households on low-income are struggling to keep their homes warm enough and meet their energy costs.
But the good news is that there is a variety of energy grants available through the ECO scheme to help you keep your energy bills low and your home warm.
